It's not a trend it's been a lifestyle
I wanted to be glamorous ever since I was a little girl. My mom can tell you how I used to put bath towels on my head to mimic long luxurious hair. I used clothespin to help the towel make a curl around my face. I invited my cousins over and cooked breakfast for them. I would take my mom’s ornamental wine glasses off the shelve and pour orange juice in them for our fancy breakfast. I remember babysitting for my cousin and sneaking in her acrylic powder to do my own nails. More times than not I was caught, and I got in trouble, but I was determined to be about that life this was as young as 7 years of age. My imagination superseded my reality and my budget. To this date I still love to dress up, wear, hair, nails, and makeup, I enjoy different looks at affordable prices.
